New Hampshire Covering Kids & Families Initiative

Grant Overview
New Hampshire's CKF project encompasses statewide activities that are designed to strengthen and broaden our outreach network of community partners and further simplify and coordinate the various coverage programs. Specific statewide strategies include centralized processing of presumptive and community-facilitated applications, a retention evaluation project, "telecounseling" or personalized problem solving by telephone aimed at families at risk for slipping through the cracks and an advocacy and communications initiative.
