Vermont Covering Kids & Families Liaison Initiative

Grant Overview
The purpose of the grant is to focus on communication and outreach efforts at the local level. Working with schools, community partners and employers the Health Department is working with local teams of Vermonters to develop communication and outreach strategies, track efforts and identify barriers.
