Northeastern Oklahoma Community Health Centers (NEOCHC)

Grant Overview
Northeastern Oklahoma Community Health Centers (NEOCHC) is a rural pilot site, targeting the Native Americans population in a five county area. NEOCHC will work closely with the Cherokee Nation and build upon their Patient Benefit Advocate (PBA) program.
