Memphis-Shelby County Health Department

Grant Overview
The Memphis-Shelby County Health Department local project is addressing simplification issues with outstationing of eligibility workers in the Health Department and through faxed applications and group interviews. It is conducting school based outreach through the school system's mobile dental screening program. The project also partners with the local Latino Memphis organization in its outreach to the highly concentrated Hispanic population.
