Wilson County

Grant Overview
The Wilson County local project does outreach through school nurses, Family Resource Centers, day care centers, Head Start centers and the Housing Authority. The project is developing outreach to rural Hispanics. It is attempting to coordinate the presumptive eligibility process through the Wilson County Health Department with full eligibility and enrollment through the Department of Human Services and to simplify enrollment for Hispanics.
