Panhandle Area Health Network (PAHN)

Grant Overview
The Panhandle Area Health Network (PAHN) serves Jackson, Washington, Calhoun, and Liberty rural counties in northern Florida. Outreach activities include soliciting proactive community partners to engage in outreach and retention strategies. Strategies being tested include offering premium assistance for children enrolled in SCHIP to help families overcome temporary financial hardships and educating families about the value of health insurance.
