Ho`ola Lahui Hawai`i

Grant Overview
The Kaua`i Local Project is modeling a strong, coordinated and centralized program among health care providers including dentists, physicians and mental health practitioners. Two outreach workers will assist families with health insurance enrollment and conduct informational and training workshops on Med-QUEST's processes, benefits and other available resources. This model can be replicated in other communities, especially on the Neighbor Islands.
