Grant Overview

The project coordinator and local CKFI Coalition implement strategies that address the population--which includes a significant and diverse refugee population-- and geographic conditions of this area to achieve the CKFI goals around the three objectives: outreach, application simplification and access and coordination of health care coverage for eligible children.
