CKF Eastern Idaho

Grant Overview
CKF in Eastern Idaho serves five counties in southeast Idaho. The project coordinator and local CKFI Coalition implement strategies that address the population--which includes large numbers of farmers and ranchers--and geographic conditions of this area to achieve the three CKFI objectives around outreach, enrollment simplification and access and coordination of existing health care coverage programs.
