CKF St. Joseph County

Grant Overview
The Covering Kids & Families of St. Joseph County local coalition plans to expand its strong partnership with local hospitals and schools, and focus new attention upon working with early childhood providers on enrollment and re-enrollment strategies. St. Joseph County also hopes to be able to test either "passive redetermination" or "express lane re-enrollment" strategies in Indiana. Finally, St. Joseph County with work with local community health centers and hospitals to coordinate services for the uninsured through the implementation of a new HRSA funded CAP grant (Indiana's third).
