Southcentral Foundation

Grant Overview
Southcentral Foundation project will expand outreach efforts to the targeted population, establish specialized staff trainers to train local assess point enrollment staff, provide technical assistance to rural clinics, and support outreach efforts in collaboration with the State of Alaska Outreach Specialists and the statewide project outreach coordinator (ANTHC). Simplification efforts will include research of an electronic application process. Sustainability will be incorporated into facility and provider education about the financial advantages of Medicaid and the Children's Health Insurance Program, and encourage hiring of enrollment coordinators.
