Grant Overview
CHRISTUS St. Francis Cabrini Hospital serves as local lead agency for the Central Louisiana Coalition. This coalition has been in existence for three years and will continue to work toward the goals of CKF while expanding and implementing two new regional coalitions in the northwest and southwest regions of the state. This coalition will also focus outreach to school based health centers and small business farmers, as well as educate Medicaid consumers about CommunityCARE, the managed care program being phased in across the state.
