Detroit/Wayne County Child Health Care Coalition

Grant Overview
The Detroit/Wayne County Child Health Care Coalition conducts outreach efforts throughout the Detroit/Wayne County area by partnering with four "mini-grant" organizations: Community Health and Social Services Center (CHASS), Arab American Center for Economic and Social Services (ACCESS), Oakwood Teen Health Centers, and the Eastside Access Partnership (a group which also enhances community relations with the local eligibility offices). The target populations are: Latino families, Arab American families, high-risk adolescents in Wayne County and African American families on the East side of Detroit.
