Phoenix Day Child and Family Learning Center

Grant Overview
Phoenix Day Child and Family Learning Center provides child care and other family support services in a low-income neighborhood. Their Health Links project works with community partners in the area to link families with health care and coverage information, prevention, and treatment resources. They are working with local businesses to train human resources personnel in linking families with Medicaid and CHIP.
