Enrollment Incentive Program (EIP)

Grant Overview
The Enrollment Incentive Project (EIP) will develop a network of trained individuals or volunteers, from insurance agencies, schools, public healthcare clinics/hospitals, who can assist low-income families with completing Medicaid, SCHIP and Caring Program forms. A small application assistance fee will be paid for referrals.
